Nikki Dunphy has been our First Aid/PHECC tutor for years on a sub-contractor basis & we have never had a complaint about her. She is a perfect mix of professionalism & friendliness, able to impart important lifesaving information in a friendly, relaxed manner. She makes all her students relax and learn, getting the best out of everyone. On top of that, she is a pleasure to work with, quickly adapting to anything that crops up and moving on in a calm assured manner. We are delighted to have her as a sub-contractor as she smooths out any issue and we never have to worry about her being on the premises whether we are here or not.
